How to earn membership points?
Simple ways to earn membership points:
Earn 300 points upon Labway’s membership registration
Earn 1 point for every HK$1 dollar spent
Earn 200 points for clicking “Like” to our Facebook page
Earn 200 points annually for birthday rewards
**Enter the date of birth to your membership at least 1 month before the birthday. Points will be added automatically to your account on the birthday**
What are the rewards?
Check the reward list out! The more accumulated reward points, the more vouchers you can redeem:
1. Redeem HK$10 voucher for 1,500 points
2. Redeem HK$50 voucher for 3,000 points
3. Redeem HK$100 voucher for 5,000 points
4. Redeem HK$200 voucher for 8,000 points
The vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Labway Membership Points Programme Terms and Conditions:
Membership Eligibility
This programme is operated by Labway Biotechnology Limited (“the Company”). Individuals may join the Programme by registering their name and email address.
Points Earning
Members may earn points in accordance with the methods as announced by the Company from time to time. The Company reserves the right to adjust the earning rate or methods under reasonable circumstances, with prior notice to Members.
Points Redemption
Points may be redeemed for e-vouchers or designated rewards. All redemptions are final, non-cancellable, and non-transferable once confirmed. Only one reward may be used per order.
Nature of Points and Rewards
All points and rewards do not constitute cash or stored value and are not redeemable for cash.
Validity Period
Unless otherwise specified, points and e-vouchers must be used within the designated validity period after issuance. The Company reserves the right to set or adjust a reasonable validity period, with prior notice to Members.
Programme Termination or Amendment
The Company reserves the right, upon giving not less than 30 days’ prior notice, to:
(a) terminate the Programme; or
(b) amend these Terms or the reward structure.
In the event of termination, Members must use all points and rewards on or before the specified deadline, failing which they will expire automatically. The Company may, at its discretion, provide alternative arrangements, including conversion into other offers or product discounts.
Referral Rewards
Referral rewards shall only be granted subject to the conditions specified by the Company. The Company reserves the right to verify and invalidate any ineligible transactions.
Non-transferability
All points and rewards are for the Member’s personal use only and shall not be transferred or sold.
Final Decision
The Company reserves the right of final decision in respect of the Programme, provided that any exercise of such right shall comply with applicable laws of Hong Kong and principles of reasonableness and fairness.
FAQ
Can I redeem more than 1 reward at once?
Each order can redeem 1 reward only.
Can I combine my account or transfer my points to others?
Membership points and redeemed rewards in the account can only be used by the members and are non-transferable.
